Licensed Master Clinical Social Worker

Clinical Director and Clinical Therapist

My approach to therapy is collaborative and compassionate—I see therapy as a partnership where we work together to identify what is working, what is not, and how to move toward meaningful growth. I believe that connection, affirmation, and empowerment are powerful tools for change, and I strive to meet every client where they are with empathy and respect.

I am Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and I draw from a variety of evidence-based and integrative approaches, including Coaching, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, Culturally Sensitive and Emotionally Focused methods, Interpersonal Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Strength-Based Therapy, and Trauma-Focused interventions. This allows me to tailor each session to meet the unique needs, goals, and preferences of my clients.

At the heart of my work there is a genuine belief in people’s ability to heal and thrive. Through connection, compassion, and collaboration, I help clients discover their own resilience and build the skills they need to create the life they deserve.

As a therapist, my passion lies in helping people recognize their own strengths and build the confidence to create meaningful change in their lives. I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow, heal, and move forward—sometimes we just need a protected, supportive space to do it. My goal is to provide a nonjudgmental environment where clients feel seen, accepted, and empowered to explore their experiences and discover new possibilities for themselves.

I’m especially passionate about working with women to help them connect with their inner strength, embrace their potential, and step into their personal power. I find deep joy in helping women build a healthy self-concept rooted in self-love, self-compassion, and authenticity. Together, we work toward creating balance, setting healthy boundaries, and cultivating the confidence needed to live a more fulfilled and intentional life.
