  • Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, your goals, and what you hope to get out of our work together. I’ll also explain how therapy works and answer any questions you have.

  • You can schedule online, call, or email us directly. We will reach out to confirm your appointment time and provide any paperwork you’ll need before your session.

  • Your first appointment will be approximately 90 minutes. After this first appointment, we will schedule appointments, depending on an agreed upon schedule, that will last 53-60 minutes a session.

  • Therapy at Living in the PAUSE can support you in navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life stressors, relationship challenges, transitions, and personal growth. We work collaboratively to build skills and understanding that help you manage life more effectively. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to our office to explore whether our approach feels like the right fit for you

  • Yes. We offer both in-person sessions at our office and secure telehealth sessions for clients who prefer to meet online using Simple Practice.

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged the full session fee.

  • Yes, we provide therapy for individuals, couples. families, and children. Each approach is tailored to your unique goals and situation.
